Effective date: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Zoltra, including the website at https://zoltra.io, the customer dashboard, scans, findings, messaging, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Zoltra LLC (“Zoltra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your account information current, and protect your WorkOS login and other credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must contact us promptly at support@zoltra.io if you believe an account or credential was misused.
An organization owner or administrator controls its organization, members, connected channels, domains, scan scope, and billing. You are responsible for inviting only people who should have access and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
3. What Zoltra does
Zoltra helps customers understand and monitor security exposure on internet-facing systems. Depending on your plan and configuration, the Service may:
- verify domains and scope;
- run authorized security checks and scans;
- collect observations, evidence, findings, histories, and retest results;
- provide remediation guidance and posture summaries;
- read content from a repository you connect and create branches, commits, and pull requests with proposed repairs for your review; you decide whether to merge or deploy them;
- send notifications through configured email, Slack, Discord, or other supported channels; and
- provide a customer-controlled messaging or runtime experience.
The exact features available to you may change as we improve the Service. We will not materially remove a paid feature during a current billing period without a reasonable transition or refund where required by law.
4. Your authorization and responsibilities
You may ask Zoltra to scan or interact with a domain, IP address, application, or other target only when you own it or have clear permission from the owner. You are responsible for confirming that your scan scope, credentials, integrations, and instructions are lawful and accurate.
You must not use Zoltra to scan, access, disrupt, test, or collect data from a third party without authorization. You must not use the Service to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- send spam, malware, destructive payloads, or abusive traffic;
- evade access controls or test systems outside your approved scope;
- interfere with the Service or another customer’s environment;
- upload content that you do not have the right to use;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or bypass limits on the Service; or
- use findings or guidance as a substitute for professional security, legal, or incident-response advice.
We may pause or limit activity that appears unsafe, unauthorized, abusive, or likely to harm the Service or another person. Where practical, we will explain what happened and how to correct it.
5. Scans, findings, and security limitations
Security scans are designed to help you find and understand exposure. They are not a promise that Zoltra will find every vulnerability, stop every attack, or keep a system secure. Results can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or affected by target changes, network conditions, credentials, rate limits, third-party services, or other technical limits.
You remain responsible for reviewing results, deciding what to fix, testing fixes safely, maintaining backups, and making production changes. Proposed code changes can be incomplete or incorrect and require your review and testing before you merge or deploy them. Do not rely on a scan result as the only basis for a safety-critical, legal, financial, or availability decision.
6. Trials, pricing, and payment
The offer is a 7-day free trial with a card on file, then $80 USD/month. 7 days free with a card. No subscription charge today. $80/month after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. One organization, up to three included full-access people; $20/month per additional full-access person. The free trial is available once per new organization. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes and any extra-seat charges may apply; the base trial itself carries no subscription charge today and is not card-free. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the trial, recurring subscription, taxes, and other amounts you approve. A failed payment may pause or end access after reasonable notice.
You may cancel through the available billing controls or by contacting billing@zoltra.io. Cancellation stops the next renewal; unless required otherwise, it does not refund the current paid period or trial.
7. Changes to plans and pricing
We may change plans or prices for future purchases. If a change affects your active subscription, we will give notice where required and apply the change at the next renewal unless you cancel first. A promotional or test price does not create a permanent price right.
8. Customer content and feedback
You retain ownership of content, targets, credentials, instructions, findings-related data, and other material you submit or make available through the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Zoltra a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process Customer Content as described here. Do not submit secrets or personal information that the Service does not need.
You may send us suggestions or feedback. We may use feedback without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify you or disclose Customer Content unless you approve that use.
9. Zoltra intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, software, designs, names, logos, documentation, and other materials we provide, excluding Customer Content. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your active subscription. No ownership is transferred to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service may connect to services such as WorkOS, Stripe, Railway, E2B, Resend, Zoho Mail, GitHub, Slack, Discord, and configured model or connector providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, content, or policies. You are responsible for choosing and authorizing integrations and for reviewing their settings.
11. Support and availability
For help or incidents, email support@zoltra.io. We do not promise a response time, uptime percentage, service-level agreement, or uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, security work, or causes outside our control.
12. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care, use the information only for the relationship, and disclose it only to people or providers who need it and are bound to protect it. These obligations do not apply to information that is public, already known without a duty, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is part of these Terms. If you submit personal information about another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any required notice.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or use the Service in a way that threatens people, systems, or the Service. We may also discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
When access ends, your right to use the Service stops. We may retain or delete data according to the Privacy Policy, our normal retention practices, legal obligations, and legitimate security needs. Sections that should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
15. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ZOLTRA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL FIND EVERY ISSUE, PREVENT EVERY ATTACK, OR MEET YOUR PARTICULAR SECURITY, BUSINESS, OR COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOLTRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOLTRA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ZOLTRA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including certain liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death, personal injury, or rights that cannot be waived.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Zoltra and its people from third-party claims, losses, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your targets or scans, your integrations, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person’s rights. We will give reasonable notice and cooperate with the defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault or imposes an obligation on Zoltra without our written consent.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you another right.
19. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Changes will take effect when posted unless we state a later effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any notice required by law and, where appropriate, reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
20. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any order or plan terms we provide are the entire agreement about the Service. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control. No waiver is permanent unless written.
